#92 The Pleasure In Self Sensing — Edward Feldman

How To Find The Pleasure In Self Sensing

Loosing touch with yourself sensorily can happen after an accident or emotional difficulty as numbing out can be a way to cope.

After recovery numbing natural recedes as emotions and sensations come forth to awareness unless the experience is not digested and stays there as frozen produce from 10 years ago in the fridge.

Numbness not only blocks pain but also pleasure, therefore the way to find pleasure in self sensing is through embodiment.

Sometimes it´s easier to climb Mt Everest than exploring within. That´s why it´s great to follow the guide of approaches like the Feldenkrais Method®, Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Reichian Therapy and Plant Medicine.

Ready For Self Sensing?

Begin by allowing attention on your breath occupy spaces within, here on “The Pleasure In Self Sensing”, Episode #92 of The Sensual Sessions Podcast with Doctor in Chiropractics and Feldenkrais Method® Practitioner, Dr Edward Feldman.
