#58 Playfully Tapping Into The Pleasure Of Physicality — Lazaro Godoy
Is focus on success keeping you from playfully tapping into the pleasure of physicality?
It seems normal what´s not normal. Like being busy with never ending tasks, overwhelmed with information and running after urgent notifications. While feeling estranged from our own physical sensations.
Actually successful people are the ones who play, just like Messi. Playing can only happen when you´re fully immersed in what you´re doing. Going through the motions in autopilot like a robot is not enough to win the world cup. That´s why it´s so important to reframe play as fundamental in culture. Playing is a heightened state of awareness immersed in the delight of the moment.
Feeling caged?
Find the little animal that you are and let it out by playfully tapping into the pleasure of physicality. Discover how in this episode #58 of The Sensual Sessions podcast with Dancer and Choreographer Lázaro Godoy.
