It´s normal to feel disconnected from everything at a sensitive level as a way to shield yourself from experiences but the downside is that it leads to missing information to move to better places.

This tools begin with becoming sensitive to yourself from the evident to a nuanced level and then to the space around you setting the perceptive ground to safely dance in response to reality.

Once you become sensitive you have better ways to choose in a way that you can delight in pleasure more.

🔥 About Karen Bößer

Karen Bösser lives in Duesseldorf. Karen Bösser studied from 1996-2000 at Dance Space Inc. and Panetta Movement Center in New York City. Since 1991, she developed performances at home and abroad. Her work is strongly influence by the interaction with visual artstist and musician. Beside others she worked with the Young Theatre Ensemble / Düsseldorf, Ballet for Young Audience / NYC, Urban Art Tribe multimedia performance / NYC, Healing Theatre, Cologne, Leipzig, Arma 'Theatre / Israel, tatraum projekte SchmidT / Dusseldorf, as well as with Howard Katz, Frey Faust, Elaine Shipman, Felix Ruckert and Dyane Neiman. In 2003 she took part in an artist exchange programm in Ein Hod, Israel as well as getting a scholarship for the Hot Summer Festival Kyoto, Japan. 2005 she taught in Opole and Prudnik in Poland for the Montag Foundation / Bonn. 2007 artist in residence at tanzhaus nrw, Düsseldorf in collaboration with Gudrun Lange. In 2008 she was invited with the interdiceplinare piece “Gilgameschin” to the international Dancefestival inYerevan Armenia. 2010 together with Marie Goeminne she took part in the artist in residence at Dans Ateliers, Rotterdam, Netherland. In the last years her performance projects “Zzwweeii”, Raumfahrt-Coaching Reality”, “Home for Now”, “InFormAtion”, I kill - ill you", "BASICS*" and "Pieces of Manifesto" were coproduced from Forum Freies Theater, Duesseldorf, Germany.
